An Ancient Method of Healing and Fitness

Yan Xin Qigong is a part of Traditional Chinese Qigong. Traditional Chinese Qigong (pronounced chee-gung) is an ancient method for healing and fitness. Her practice in Asia dates back to 3500 to 5000 years ago. Her rudimentary principles (literally means "working with energy") can be found in acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, the martial arts, and many health disciplines.

But Yan Xin Qigong is no mere historical records, she can be applied to the practice and verification of modern human beings. Her movements, meditations and visualizations are actively practiced today by more and more people in China and throughout the world.

At the same time, Yan Xin Qigong emphasizes more on the cultivation of virtue and scientific spirit, and seeks the guidance of modern scientific spirit in the practice and exploration of Traditional Chinese Qigong. Thus she has been well-recognized by many governmental authorities such as New York State Senate, the State of California and the State of Colorado.

Following the standard method for learning and practice of Child Longevity Nine-step Qigong®, one basic technique of Yan Xin Qigong, many practitioners have reported substantial benefits including improvements in health, energy and efficiency; enhanced relaxation and stress reduction; weight adjustment and beautification, improved sleep quality; improved psychological balance, and a reduction in symptoms or even a cure of many diseases. (More about Yan Xin Qigong benefits.)

As alternative modes of healing continue to increase in popularity in the West, it is only fitting that interest in Yan Xin Qigong is growing rapidly throughout Europe and North America.
